We're hosting A Coaches Camp In Cartersville Georgia
(This is just the coaches section of the camp! The pole vault camp is sold out!)
We're also hosting a 3-hour coaches clinic spread out over 3 days of our camp. The idea is to spend an hour prior each session giving coaches the tools to help with not only vaulting, but coaching! Following the coach's session, coaches are welcome to stick around to watch the camp to see how we put into practice what we discussed!
We encourage questions during the coaching sessions or during breaks! We do however kindly ask that you refrain from coaching during the camp.
We focus on
- The technical development of your unique vault.
- Pole vault specific gymnastics work
- Speed development
- Pole Vault Specific Strength training
- The psychological side of the pole vault
- and most importantly, having fun! We are running with a stick to jump over a stick.
Facilities: Camp will be held at Flicky Stick Pole Vault in Cartersville, GA. Every effort will be made by the hosts to make your experience fun and rewarding. We have a large selection of poles that will be available for everyone to use. However, campers are welcome to bring their poles with which they prefer to jump on.

Friday, July 22th 5:00 – 7:30 pm
Saturday, July 23th 9:00 – 11:00am (If needed) 12:00 – 2:00pm
Sunday, July 24th, 9:00 – 12:00 pm
Cost: $250.00 – Includes Camp sessions, T-shirt, and snacks at camp
Entry Deadline: July 19th, 2022. A $25 additional fee is required for applications received after the deadline.
