Insightful Videos

I've recently been taking more interest in pole vault, and wanted to learn more. So after countless hours of online reading and watching numerous different videos from various coaches, all very helpful... but what I really like about Shawn's Instagram/YouTube clips, book, and video reviews is how he can break down a vault for layman parents like me to see. His messages are positive, and even when I concentrate on the wrong things, he has an easy and friendly way to direct me to what's more important. Appreciate his insights.
