My granddaughter is jumping 9’ but still is not getting upside down. I think this device will help her with that stage of the vault plus strengthen her abbs

So easy to install and use. My 11 year old daughter picked it up immediately and kept saying how fun it was. You can't beat it when workouts are fun! I'm thinking of coming out of retirement and competing in masters and will be using this right along with her!
